Buffalo Trails Scout Ranch is a strictly cafeteria style eating. The troop sits together and is responsible for cleaning up after itself. In theory, we have a duty roster somewhere that lets the boys know whose turn it is to stay after, but there always is much discussion at the end of the meal on who is supposed to stay.
