Well we survived the night. Names will not be mentioned, but some of the first years talked all night. We are going to have some tired boys and we already have a tired Scoutmaster. The camp is full this week and we are eating in Roeser Hall. They have split the camp in two and we are eating at the the old dining hall. No Air Conditioning, but it neat that we using it.
Last night was the opening campfire. The staff did a wonder job of welcoming the boys to camp. All over America last night there were opening campfires at scout camps, but Worth Ranch is special. The council ring looks over the Brazos Valley.
The Troop will be heading out to classes shortly. But more random thoughts to come..
