New Statue at Worth

Since our last visit to Worth Ranch a new Statue has been put in in place  honor of Leroy Shuman.  The first place I saw it was in front of the old Council Office on Briarhaven in Fort Worth.  I am calling out some longtime Longhorn Scouters to give me the true history in the comments.
