Quincy

Quincy is the other second year camper.  Last year Quincy has to be the SPL during summer camp as first year camper.  He is truly enjoying his role a just a camper and much like Logan enjoying being at the Troop's home camp for the first time.  Quincy is in charge of the Skit for the Thursday night campfire.  A few review will be forth coming.
